Instagram is testing the possibility of sharing Stories directly to WhatsApp, whereby the content would automatically appear as a status on WhatsApps. This news expands on the options that already exist for sharing between Instagram and Facebook, and has the potential to significantly increase the reach of the content.
The Status feature on WhatsApps has up to 450 million daily active users, which means that firms and content creators could reach an even wider audience this way.
