The chart shows an increase in the use of ChatGPT among employed Americans for a variety of purposes from March 2023 to February 2024. The number of those using it for work-related tasks increased from 8% to 20%. People are also increasingly using it for education, with the percentage rising from 8% to 17%. Use of ChatGPT for entertainment has also increased slightly, from 11% to 17%. This double-digit growth in all three areas shows the growing importance of AI in everyday life and work.
