TikTok is preparing to launch a new Instagram-like feature called
“TikTok Photos,” which should allow users to share photofiles and get more interaction than with videos. According to SpAndroid, the new feature could bring up to 2.9 times more comments, 1.9 times more likes and 2.6 times more shares compared to videos. The move could change the way users interact with content on TikTok and bring the platform closer to the photo-sharing style that Instagram is known for.
