Meta is expanding its fact-checking programme in Slovakia with a new partner – Demagog.sk. This is the third fact-checking partner in Slovakia under Meta’s initiative. Demagog.sk is a certified member of the International Fact-Checking Network (IFCN) and will exclusively employ fact-checkers whose native language is Slovak. Their role will be to verify and evaluate the accuracy of the content published on Meta platforms, which will contribute to increasing the quality and credibility of the information available to Slovak users.
